It Pays to Diagnose!

We solve problems by approaching the job correctly and being thoroughly. A recent new customer called asking for a price to replace an emissions part on his car. We asked how he knew the part was bad. He said the dealer said that if what they had already done didn’t fix it, this likely would. The part cost was $589 plus $360 labor with no guarantee it would be fixed. We asked what really the problem was; it was that the check engine light was on. We convinced him to let us diagnose the problem. We quickly found a voltage problem going to the part in question. Found a service bulletin regarding it which led us to a commonly corroded connector. The repair cost was $215 not $949. It doesn’t cost to diagnose it pays. Give us a call 763-420-306020170208_15303420170208_153020
